Last Sunday (Departure from Graz 7h) went to the Prater in Vienna - where Chris and I at the 1 Part of the VCM winter running series - the 7km race - started.

The conditions were good, no snow (contrary to the prediction), and even some sun with about 2 ° C, but with a strong wind is usual for Vienna, where the race appears frosty left.

The 7km were planned as a training run in the competition venue pace, and we both had the goal to stay under our 2010 results, which we succeeded brilliantly and clearly.
