perpetuum-mobile@gmx.at On 9 August 2009 was in the 7th Fürstenfeld Edition of the Spa triathlons instead.
Tolles Sport-weather waiting for me, my family and 400 other athletes at the largest outdoor pool in Europe. The start of the main competition (Olympic distance) with about 205 runners were divided into 3 waves start. I was allowed in the 3rd Wave start and then went off at around 11.00.
While swimming I felt unfortunately not very good, I tried a 10 man group to solve me but in every round in the shallow parts again standing over jumped and I could never pull away from the whole crowd.
Then let's go on the bike course. This is very bumpy with many turns and intersections, the round 3 very steep climbs from the beautiful 40 km bike course in the vineyards. A special Thanks to the many marshals and police officers who were stationed at every intersection and did not permit uncertainties and dangers. The running track was
for it like every year, very flat. The 10 km course I turned down loose and the final sprint me the first time my daughter Jana, accompanied by the hand, that was nice .... Thank God I'm finally
in an age where the air is not quite so thin. So I could in the M35 on the 10th Place win.
